The Florida Department of Health in Washington County’s (DOH-Washington) Primary Care Program is designed to serve individuals and families with financial needs as well as those that are self-pay or have insurance coverage. Primary Care services are available to men, women and children.
DOH-Washington provides a medical home, offering:
- Acute health care for illnesses
- Chronic health care
- Preventative health care
